Weighted sleeping bag set for camping and overnight stays 

Weighted Sleeping Bag Set consists of a sleeping bag and a pillow in the same chosen pattern and colour. It can be used at home, on overnight trips, camping or in environments that require you to feel at home e.g. in a hospital, therapy room etc. 

It has two sets of strings that allow folding the sleeping bag and storing it away. That is why this is a great set for overnight sleeping. You can use stings to attach the bag to the bed frame if the user tends to move a lot while sleeping. Should you prefer the version with no strings, then please contact us after the purchase or state it in the comment section of your order.

-Pillow 

The pillow and the bag are filled with 100% antiallergic thick polyester lining, the same as in the standard duvets or pillows. The base is soft for comfortable sleep. It provides a layer of isolation if the bag is used on the floor.  

The top side is weighted according to the needs of the user. We also offer an unweighted version if you wish to purchase exactly the same for another member of your family or a friend.

The zipper across the side allows easy access. 

WHO SHOULD SLEEP UNDER WEIGHTED SLEEPING BAG? 

Weighted Sleeping Bag Set was created with children in mind but it could also be used by adults. A sleeping bag creates the right deep-pressure environment for those with sensory processing disorder, Adhd, PTSD, stress and anxiety. 

SIZE AND WEIGHT

The bag should be at least 20cm longer than the user's length. 

Weight depends on the child's age and the therapist/doctor's suggestions. The general rule suggests that 10% of the body weight is applied directly to the body. We are happy to help you choose the right weight and size.  

MEASUREMENTS

 Washing 

Wash it always on its own. Do not tumble dry and do not iron. The washing bag contains filler that can pile up during the washing cycle so please use the tumble dryer ball to reshape it after wash.
