A rare Slovak War Victory Cross, III Class, constructed of silver with enamels, the obverse consisting of radiant silver starburst pattern, overlaid by a blue enameled Patriarchal Cross, with its three and nine o’clock positions flanked by linden leaves, the reverse with an integrated hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flattened integrated catch, the pinback marked with a silver content number of “987” and a letter “K” for an unidentified maker, measuring 36.30 mm (w) x 52.02 mm (h), weighing 32.1 grams, some flecking is evident to the obverse enamels, a rare and desirable badge in overall extremely fine condition.
