Savage Industries Laptop Sleeve

Whether you use one of Savage Industries' EDCs or you've opted for a different bag, chances are you're lugging your laptop around and faced with the challenge of keeping it as dent-free as possible. Adam Savage and the Tested team are no different, and so we're all VERY excited to get our hands on the brand-new Savage Industries laptop sleeve! It's made in the United States using recycled sailcloth, with para-cord loops on each end, allowing you to attach a shoulder strap use it a standalone laptop bag. Adam added a red flourish as well as his signature pencil holder, because of course he did.

• Flap closure secured with off-white unnapped Velcro.
• Constructed primarily from upcycled and salvaged sailcloth.
• Every laptop sleeve is unique and may have what appears to be discoloration or  extra stitching (especially in a zig-zag pattern) in the sailcloth. These are both part of the original upcycled sailcloth. All sailcloth material is cleaned before it is used in the construction of our bags.
• Pencil holder with hand stamped "A. Savage" on the inside.
• Durable and lightweight.
• Paracord loops allow you to turn this laptop sleeve into a laptop bag with the addition of a shoulder strap. (shoulder strap is not included with the laptop sleeve and should be back in stock by 04/27/26)
• The 14" laptop sleeve with laptop will fit inside the EDC TWO although it may be necessary for the laptop to sit at an angle. Both the 14" and the 16" laptop sleeves will fit in an EDC ONE.
• NOTE: Due to the way the flap closure is constructed, the laptop sleeve is not water resistant. The initial use case was for the laptop sleeve to be carried inside another bag such as a backpack or EDC.

SIZING INFORMATION

• The 14" model will fit most 14" and smaller laptops. We are certain that a laptop that is equal to or less than 8.75 x 12.5 x 1 in. (22.2 x 31.8 x 2.5 cm) will fit.
• The 16" will fit most 16" and smaller laptops. The biggest laptop that we measured was 14.5 x 10.3 x 1.25 in. (36.8 x 26.1 x 3.1 cm). The fit was snug but the laptop is protected but the velcro on the flat is not fully engaged with the body of the sleeve

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
While the laptop sleeve is machine washable (in a washer that does not have an agitator) we do not recommend using a washing machine. The sailcloth is pretty stain resistant and any dirt should be removed using a soft, damp cloth and a gentle soap. Wipe down the laptop sleeve with soap then with clean water to rinse. Allow to air dry and it should be as clean as when you first opened the box.
