In rare cases, the distributor may make small cuts in the quantity finally allocated to stores, something completely beyond our control. Normally, this type of adjustment is communicated 2 to 3 weeks before the release.
If any modification to our allocation occurs, affected customers will be notified immediately, and the corresponding refund will be processed instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored in order of purchase.
