NULU BOURBON FINISHED IN TOASTED BARRELS

 

At PCS Distilling Company's facility, we take pride in using the finest ingredients and giving our full attention to every step of the distilling process. Each batch is small and made in our downtown Louisville location. As a new kind of Craft Distillery, we go beyond just bourbon and also produce award-winning hand-crafted spirits. Our spirits are filtered multiple times and maintain the essence of Kentucky Bourbons by using Kentucky alkaline limestone waters. This results in pure spirits with a unique taste that may even make you forgo mixers. Our spirits are meticulously hand-tended in batches of 53 gallons, allowing us to bring out desired flavors and perfect our craft. Guests can witness the full process from distillation to bottling at our Baxter Avenue Facility. We hope that our locally-inspired names will be appreciated by those in Kentucky and Indiana.
