- High-heat baking: Up to 842°F max operating temperature for pizza-focused baking applications.
- Baking surface options: Refractory brick baking surface; Multibake and Stonebake chamber configurations are shown for diversified production or traditional pizza.
- Build & design: Stainless steel external structure with (2) stainless steel bottom-hinged double doors and halogen lighting.
