Metni V Vag Gel 75g contains Metronidazole, an antibiotic and antiprotozoal agent formulated as an intravaginal gel for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis (BV). BV occurs when the natural balance of vaginal bacteria is disrupted, allowing anaerobic bacteria to overgrow, causing symptoms such as abnormal discharge (often grey-white), fishy odor, vaginal irritation, and burning.

Metronidazole targets and eliminates anaerobic bacteria responsible for BV, while helping to restore the normal vaginal pH and flora. The intravaginal gel formulation delivers the active ingredient directly to the site of infection for maximum efficacy with minimal systemic absorption. It is typically used once daily at bedtime for 5–7 days or as prescribed by a gynecologist.

Important: This product is for vaginal use only — do not swallow or apply to external skin. Avoid use during menstruation unless advised by your doctor. Avoid sexual intercourse during treatment.
