The Lucky Bamboo Plant, also known as the Dracaena sanderiana, is a species of flowering plant in the family Asparagaceae, native to Central Africa. The plant was named after German-English gardener Henry Frederick Conrad Sander. It is characterized by widely spaced, strappy green leaves, long and slender stems often trained into different shapes as it is often used in Feng Shui.
LIGHT
Performs well in containers with partial shade outdoors, bright and indirect light indoors
WATER
Sensitive to chlorine, fluoride, and other chemicals found in tap water
Does well via bottom-watering when roots and the bottom of the stem are submerged in water, and the water level is constantly covering both
Change water every 7-10 days
SOIL
Water as you would other Dracaena related plants if you opt to grow in soil, meaning generally moist conditions
Opt for a weak liquid fertilizer every 1-2 months
