The Twin Roo+ is compatible with major brand infant seats, but you must purchase Joovy adapters specific to your car seat separately. Each adapter set includes adapters for two infant seats, so you only need to purchase one set. Infant car seats click in to the frame, so they feel very secure (unlike other car seat stroller frames where they just sit on top of a bar).
