DAS Audio EVENT-30A Powered Line Array With DSP

The DAS Audio EVENT-30A is a compact self-powered line array module built for professional sound reinforcement where consistent coverage, manageable weight, and fast setup matter. Its symmetrical two-way design uses dual 10" neodymium low-frequency transducers with dual M-60 compression drivers and a precision waveguide to maintain 90º horizontal coverage while supporting effective coupling in flown arrays. For production providers, integrators, and event teams, it offers a practical balance of output, portability, and deployment speed.

A high-efficiency Class D amplifier platform with universal switch-mode power supply drives the system, while 24-bit DSP with FIR processing supports flat-phase performance and integration within the EVENT series. Smart Self Tuning uses infrared detection to identify cabinet position in the array and automatically apply the appropriate operating preset, helping crews reduce manual configuration time and streamline line array preparation. DAScontrol™ support further simplifies system management in touring, rental, and installed applications.

The reinforced polypropylene enclosure keeps the cabinet durable without adding unnecessary weight, and the Fast Set Splay rigging system allows quick angle selection in 1º increments from 0º to 10º. With a dedicated rain cover over the amplifier module and compatibility with EVENT-26A, EVENT-28A, and EVENT-S218A system designs, the EVENT-30A is well suited to medium to large events and fixed audio deployments that require scalable full-range array performance.
