xThe Split-leaf Philodendron is native to tropical regions of North and South America and can grow to 70 feet tall. However in home environments, it can grow between 6-8 feet tall.

LIGHT
Prefers bright, indirect light
Too much direct light in warmer months may burn foliage
WATER
Water thoroughly every one to two weeks
Avoid excess watering; facilitate drainage using a well-draining pot after plant has acquired all the water it needs
SOIL
Soil will need to dry out slightly in between watering
Avoid letting soil sit in water which can lead to root rot
